Found a hidden gem. A great place to rest and unwind, with hot springs, a pool, and green areas to take long walks. the 2-bedroom villa was spacious, with pristine bedrooms and a full kitchen with a fridge. the daily cleaning service was excellent. the staff was kind and accommodating, always happy to provide guidance and information. We were able to try El Globo, a small family-run eatery across the street, which served the most delicious homemade breakfast.
Limited options for spa services.

The hot springs were a great way to relax, and the pool table was a fun way to spend time. The location was convenient, with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Plus, the room fridge was a nice surprise.
The spa services were way too expensive, and there wasn't a convenience store nearby, so we had to bring our own groceries. , the jacuzzi tub in the room had silt in the water, which was quite unappealing.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The room I stayed in was absolutely beautiful, a spacious king room that was meticulously clean and incredibly comfortable. The staff here were so attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The outside pools were simply awesome, with warm, clean water that made for the perfect swimming experience. I was pleasantly surprised to find a projector screen by the pool, where they played a cartoon movie for the kids. It was such a treat to have a movie night while relaxing in the pool!
I had such a great experience at this hotel that I would definitely recommend it to my friends. The location was perfect, with thermal waters nearby and a charming family-run restaurant just across the street that served a delicious breakfast at a reasonable price.

I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable and the hotel facilities were fantastic. The outdoor pools were my favorite aspect, with warm water and a projector screen playing films by the pool. The staff were really helpful and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. It was great to find a little shop on the hotel property with fair prices, and the location was convenient for finding local restaurants and shops.
Nothing, all was good!

The thermal waters were nice and we enjoyed the pool. the hotel was in a good location near a lake and restaurants. It was nice having a fridge in the room for storing snacks.
Our Christmas stay was ruined by the overpriced spa services. It was disappointing to find out that there was no nearby convenience store.
